In 2021, there were roughly 4.6 million violent victimizations in the United States. These violent incidents include murder, rape, pickpocketing, robbery, and more.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, crime trends have changed. A dramatic change in crime is occurring, and the murder rate is declining, but other crimes are still on the rise and interrupting our lives.
Major U.S. cities have acted accordingly. For example, the New York subway has added two cameras to every car. The Los Angeles Police Department has increased its budget by 87 million. Chicago police increased patrols in the downtown. This huge change has brought a lot of troubles to our lives.
